At the College Church of Christ, we strive to be warm and friendly in our attitude toward everyone who chooses to worship with us.  We are always excited to worship God.  Because we have a lot to be happy about.  Jesus came to save us from our sins and we have the opportunity to live in Heaven forever.  When, you choose to worship with us, you are our honored guests.  We hope you feel a welcome and loving environment.

Public Prayers will be offered.  In 1 Timothy 2:1-3, we are instructed to make requests and thanksgiving for everyone through prayer.

One thing you will probably notice when you enter our auditorium, is that there are no musical instruments.  We sing A Capella, as there is no example of instumental worship in Christ's Church during the time of the apostles.  Ephesians 5:19 says, Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs.  Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord. (NIV)

We observe the Lord's Supper every Sunday.  As seen in 1 Corinthians 11:23-26, Christ instituted the Lord's Supper as a memorial of his sacrifice on the cross.  We have examples in the New Testament (Acts 20:7) of how the early Christians observed this memorial on a weekly basis on the first day of the week.

As members of the church, we "lay by in store as we have been prospered"(1 Cor 16:2).  This free-will offering is used to spread the gospel and ensure that those in need are taken care of.  Visitors are not expected to contribute to the offering unless they feel the need to give.

A sermon from God's word will be delivered. (Acts 20:7) Those present will be given the opportunity to obey the Gospel or rededicate their lives to Christ.
